We are an independent event hospitality venue that specializes in hospitality packages to high demand events worldwide. PURCHASE POLICY

DUE TO THE DYNAMIC PRICING THAT AFFECTS THIS EVENT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL CONFIRMED PURCHASES, INSTALLMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS MADE PURSUANT TO A PAYMENT SCHEDULE ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR RESALE OF DELIVERABLES ALLOWED. NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
You may pick up your tickets as early as 7am at The Stay American Suites, 1137 Garredd Blvd. Augusta GA

WHAT TIME CAN I GET INTO THE COURSE?
*Gates to Augusta National open at 8am

WEATHER POLICY:
Weather conditions can cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. These situations are beyond the control of The Azalea House, Golfticketsaugusta.com, Azalea Tickets and Travel, LLC. Accordingly, no refund for unused services or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by the weather conditions will be made by the entities listed above or by their representatives.

CANCELLATION/COURSE CLOSING:
If a practice round or tournament day is cancelled for any reason, the tickets/badges that you purchased represent only the day purchased not the round that is cancelled. All tickets and badges represent the day not the round. Augusta National Inc. reserves the right to close the course because of adverse weather conditions or for other safety reasons. No refunds, rain-checks, exchanges or replacements will be made. It is possible that weather conditions can cause the postponement or cancellation of this event.
