I think if you’re a golf fan, you’re probably expecting another incredible display of golf at the Olympics, as the USA Women’s Golf Team starts their quest for a gold medal. Team USA is highlighted by Lexi Thompson and sisters Jessica and Nelly Korda. It seems they, along with South Korea are the clear favorites. Lexi is a two time Olympian, but coming off a major loss, and Nelly is coming off a major win and is the #1 player in the world, so there’s no reason to believe these ladies aren’t dialed in to win the gold medal.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Nelly is the clear front runner to win the gold at +650, her sister Jessica is the longest shot of the Americans at +2500, but they also give Danielle Kang and Lexi a good shot at +1400 & +2000 respectively. All we know is we’ll be watching and cheering on our fellow Americans to another gold medal.
Couple other golfers we’ll be watching are Lydia Ko (NZ) , Inbee Park (Rio’s gold medal winner), Canadian Brooke Hederson and China’s Shanshan Feng.
